CCTV Monitoring

Your security is our business.

Remote CCTV Video Monitoring

Our remote video monitoring, controlled from our state-of-the-art control centre, provides real-time recording and instant alerts which when combined with a professionally delivered and monitored remote monitoring service, the value of each uniquely designed CCTV system is raised to a new level by providing all the benefits of a manned on-site presence at a fraction of the cost on every day of the year and every hour of the day.

Any incidents are recorded and examined in real-time and our highly trained operators can immediately contact the relevant authorities whilst compiling high quality video evidence. A remotely monitored system will deter crime but will still provide a high level of security where 24/7 static guarding is impractical or not cost effective. The applications are limitless either for outdoor or indoor monitoring and large areas or separate buildings can be constantly remotely monitored 365 days a year. Remote video monitoring can not only be used for security but for other applications such as watching automatic processes when there are no staff members on site.

Remote video monitoring reduces the amount of time spent on wasted false alarms as our highly trained operators can assess each situation and immediately decide whether the authorities need to be alerted and dispatched or if our mobile patrols can attend and deal with the incident.

We can always watch and keep alert whenever you cannot. Especially with the changes in high-speed internet over the past few years, your CCTV images can now be transmitted to a remote CCTV monitoring station outside of normal working hours in the highest quality possible.

The station will detect and deter criminal activity as soon as possible thus enhancing the safety and welfare of employees and significantly reducing potential damage and theft to your property. Our remote CCTV monitoring stations are based externally and all CCTV operatives are certified and trained to the SIA (Security Industry Authority) standard.

What is remote CCTV monitoring and how does it work?

Many companies use CCTV to act as a stern deterrent to would-be intruders and to record incidents when they happen. Whilst this is an effective tool for many organisations, the use of CCTV alongside a remote monitoring service can quickly become a powerful and preventative addition to your security. Dettering intruders is the first step, but actually catching them in the act live is another that needs to be considered carefully.

What happens if a risk to your site is identified?

  1. The emergency services will be called immediately, directly from the monitoring station.
  2. SIA licensed professionals can call the key holder and anyone else you wish to be notified.
  3. A loudspeaker public address system will be used to communicate with intruders.
  4. According to statistics, 9/10 times, loudspeakers and live warnings are enough to deter the intruders.
