Alarming Alarm Response Responses!

If you have business premises you will almost certainly have an alarm fitted, with the local police alerted to attend whenever it goes off.

The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) provides recommended guidelines for police forces throughout the country. One of their recommendations is that all registered key holders must attend an alarm within twenty minutes to deal with any issues.

If you, as the key holder, fail to do this on three occasions the local police are entitled to withdraw their response to your alarm and may consider any future alarm call outs as nuisance.

Whether you yourself are the registered key holder, or a trusted member of staff, attending any incidents can carry an element of personal risk, as well as inconvenience and time spent travelling and waiting for an engineer to attend.

You can save all this inconvenience by appointing Glevum Security as your nominated key holder. You can have peace of mind relying on our professional and experienced team.

A Response Officer will attend the incident promptly, deal with any issues and ensure the property is secured.
