Glevum Security Ltd operate a 24 hour/365 day Communications Centre, out of its Head Office, giving support to their Employees, offering reassurance and Confidence to their Customers.

A CCTV Access control System is also utilised to ensure the safety of their Control Personnel and Guarantee only bona-fide authorised persons are allowed access.
Glevum have installed a Digital Multi-Lined Telephone System to ensure their Employees and Customers are able to contact them at any time.  The Telephone System is backed up by two analogue lines and a bespoke Two Way Radio and Mobile Phone System.

Our Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) will monitor your camera images to assist the with detection of crime, liaise with emergency services as necessary; Respond to any CCTV event driven activations, assigning Response Vehicles and informing the Emergency Services should the escalation process determine it.

Lone Worker Facility - Glevum are able to carry out health & safety check-call facility for your Lone Workers ensuring your personnel are safe & sound.

They might be Security staff, call-out engineers, doctors, nurses, vets & visiting health workers, hotel night porters, petrol station attendants, bailiffs..... to name but a  few.
