Mark served sixteen years in the Royal Navy gaining a wealth of experience in Operations, financial matters and resource management. On leaving the Senior Service he spent seven years working in the Emergency Control Room with Gloucestershire Police. Then in 2000 having identified a business opportunity in Keyholding & Alarm Response founded Glevum Security Ltd with Steve Barnett.

Mark has a strong belief in customer service and is committed to company growth and profitability through increased sales and improving the customer experience.

Mark oversees the Accounts, Quality Assurance & technical aspects of the Company. He successfully completed a Level 5 Diploma in the Management of CCTV Operations in 2008.

Influential in all aspects of the of the Company, Mark ensures technologies such as GPS tracking, remote CCTV monitoring and specialist software are used to deliver tangible benefits in the level of service offered to customers. This was recognised when Glevum were presented 'The Best Use of Technology Award' at the Gloucestershire Business Awards 2010.
